The First Lady

We met Michelle Obama this morning at an Embassy meet-n-greet.
She is in fact lovely, has great clothes and jewelry, and seems
like a personable kinda lady. She did not disappoint.

It was the usual - She gave a quick little speech and then passed along the crowd to quickly chat and shake hands. She briefly went to pick up James but then quickly drew back her hands, and instead just small talked with us. =) I don't blame her. James is rather large and probably would have screamed ... and maybe her husband warned her about the pant-less baby in Mexico. =)
Note: He DID have his pants on this time. Promise.Waiting for the First Lady!Kristin and Lindsey.

The kids were saying the funniest things to her. Like - "My dad let me skip school for this!!!" and "Hey, I've seen you on TV!!!" She snapped some pics with the Embassy kids. Haha, Danny stuck James head in. For proof. =) Danny and James, and our friends Brandon and Kristin with the First Lady. Kinda picking up baby Lindsey. She did the half way thing with the babies. Her husband took them full on! Good man.
I turned the flash back on and got much better pics...of course, I did this after we had "our moment" with her. Too bad.

I want her pretty suit and necklace. Or maybe... can I just have your entire closet?

Just for kicks. Now, we just need to meet Sasha and Malia - oh, and the dog.
