Congrats to my brother Darin (Andrew) who was recognized in the BYU Magazine (Summer 2008 edition, page 19) for writing the winning brief at the New York Regional of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Geesh that contest is a mouthful. =) Also, congrats on taking the bar - hope you get more sleep these days (and that you passed)!
